Welcome to the Sampson Road Association Website!

Sampson Road and Mill Hollow Road are private thoroughfares over multiple private properties and are referred to in this website as “the road”.  The road is private property, is gated, and use is open only to SRA landowners/members and their invited guests.  There is no public access.

Supervision of the road is the responsibility and authority of Sampson Road Association, Inc..   The Association board is staffed by elected landowners who are not paid. The entire cost of road maintenance and development is the burden of the landowners; there is no public money available.

The physical roads of Hunters Ridge and Sunburst Drive are not included in the SRA and are maintained separately by the residents on those roads.  The landowners on those roads are members of the Sampson Road Association since they traverse Sampson Road to get to the entrances of Hunters Ridge and Sunburst Drive.
